Among the accommodations are two story two bedroom two and a half bathroom town homes complete with full kitchens fireplaces and Jacuzzi tubs. With a community pool, spa, and a community deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the resort has all the amenities one could wish for with the added benefits of a private, un-crowded hideaway. Please note that minimum check-in age is 25. The front desk is open from 9am to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday. Housekeeping is available 10am-2pm. All bookings will incur a reservation processing fee equal to 5 percent of rental amount plus tax. Additionally, a damage waiver is required. For stays 2-3 nights USD 25 plus tax.
